If it is an eviction, find a full time eviction specialist.
If a prospective tenant wants to negotiate the terms of a residential lease regarding something other than the rent, deposit, and how many months, that strikes me as a red flag and sign to find another tenant.
If a very high quality prospective tenant wants to negotiate the terms of a residential lease regarding something other than the rent, deposit, and how many months, and the prospective landlord balks, that strikes me as a red flag and time for said prospective tenant to vote with his/her feet.

Instead, he is only focused on the economy which he believes is linked to his chances to get reelected.
Of course what he failed to recognize is the control of the virus is the key to the economy.
It warmed my heart to see the attendance at the Tulsa rally was about 1/3 capacity (1/300 or less would have been better though). The good people of that area are way smarter than this president. I was worried that that wasn’t true.

RealityParticipant
Why would a public option necessarily become single-payer? Hasn’t happened with Medicare. You have Original Medicare (the public option), private Medicare, and Medigap insurance. As diverse a market as the private insurance market in the US.
By private Medicare do you mean Medicare Advantage? The federal government is still the payer.
RealityParticipantDon’t know how much actual religious programming is on it, but Spectrum has a channel called Jewish Life Television.
RealityParticipantEver heard of Paul Volcker?

Hmmm, In your linked article Chairwoman Pinto is claimed to have said there will be no staff changes to the 1000 member crew?
