You should go hang out at Daily Kos and spam over there. Oh and there aren’t many bulls around here. You are no different than a self-righteous freeper who thinks they define conservatism and everyone who disagrees is a liberal. This board is full of liberals, just because they happen to want to see better data than median prices before making wild declarations does not make them fundamentalist whacks like me.

ParticipantI bought my 6th grader (and wife) some pretty cool prepaid phones (Ampd Mobile – Hollywood), and each one tends to cost me about $10 a month, possibly as much as $15. It’s come in handy at times for staying on top of where he is, etc.
So the difference is I won’t get the unlimited calling and text option like some of the kids have. So he gets to flirt with having a luxury item, but it’s throttled back, and he pays for the time, so he tends to tell his friends not send Text messages about dumb things. (he gets an allowance and made a few hundred umpiring baseball games).

ParticipantMy friends from Ohio that relocated a couple of months after us, just bought in Westwood, and I posted here sometime back. $595, and the house needs a lot of work from what I could tell. Not much of a yard to speak however the memorial day view wasn’t bad. The neighbors below had a pool and one of the ladies was sunbathing topless (on her stomach) however we got sidetracked and missed her getting up. Kind of strange though looking right down into someone’s backyard, but that’s Cali for you. He tried convincing me to buy a certain house that was listed at 617, (5-BR, 3-BA, 2400 Sq. Feet or so) which apparently ended up going for 575, but I wasn’t interested to say the least.
