Yes, that’s why you see the 0point rate and the APR different.

Sorry, I thought the current employees was implied. Actually, the way it works is the credit union is open to both current and past employees, relatives of current and past employees, and possibly friends of those.. (I need to check on the friends part).
They do NOT offer a no point no fee loan. You have to pay for the costs. Also, I ended up not using them, though the rates are real…
