Lucky them! I’m sure they came in with a lot of downpayment. Not your AVERAGE educated joe family who only make monthly 2X the payment AND may lose one of the incomes any time…

Lucky them! I’m sure they came in with a lot of downpayment. Not your AVERAGE educated joe family who only make monthly 2X the payment AND may lose one of the incomes any time…

Very desireable for young familes and depedning upon the tract what most would consider Upper Middle class and certainly no less than middle class. It was my listing.[/quote]What about the school district? It is San Marcos, and not Encinitas or Carlsbad.
