Enorah I had never heard of Ojai until you posted that. Hard to believe in a state so populated that there is such vast wilderness in those areas east of Santa Babara and Ventura.
Also as you go further up the coast to Lompoc-thru-Santa Maria there is such emptiness along the coast. Obviously when I searched Ojai the google satellite came up, and dragging it around I was surprised by how vast and empty it is up in that area.

Are you trying to tell us something? Why Ojai? Did you do some future remote viewing and see something that would make you move or is it just a better place to live than the Coast. Color me curious.
