ParticipantThis seems so basic, but by not drinking, I dont get up to pee, which improves my sleep a lot, because sometimes I couldnt go back to sleep due to racing thoughts.
But racing thoughts are only a problem in the middle of the nite, not when falling asleep the 1st time. So if I dont drink, I dont get up to pee, and I always sleep the nite thru, at least 4 the last few alcohol free months.
Why am I so dumb it took me 57 years to figure out alcohol is bad 4 me. Habits
Weakness. Crutches. Self medication. Now is a good time to make small adjustments that can have big impacts
I can feel that there is deep healing occurring when my sleep is top quality. What higher health priority is there ahead of sleep and food?
Answer: NONE.
If I had to pick one, I’d pick sleep.
Sleep will get you thru times of no food Better than food will get u thru times of no sleep
I dont know if healthy people sleep well, or people who sleep well are healthier, but I agree, sleep is incredible medicine. It should be top priority in health care.
My wife barely sleeps, I think her consciousness doesnt ever plummet as low as mine. I am truly outstanding in this department. I wish there were some acclaim or status I could get, but all I have is a wife who sometimes has to smack me to wake me up.
I am of the opinion that if you walk 15 plus miles per day, you will absolutely sleep well.
As for food, sometimes the supermarket strikes one as barely having any food. Just boxes of chemicals with food sprinkled in.
To eat non processed.. its
..unamerican… and oddly labor intensive. Here’s a 1 min. Pandemic Recipe for tons of fiber,
Put instant oatmeal in bowl.
Sprinkle chia, flax seed and hemp seed on top.
Add almond butter.
Throw banana in if you have one.
Add rapidly boiling water.
Stir for 1 min.

They should try that outside the white house. Security’s tighter.

Participant
Let’s all think back to the subprime crisis. Early on it was no big deal it was just some dumb people that took out loans they couldn’t afford. Stock market went down a bit at first but recovered somewhat because again it was no big deal it didn’t matter those dumb asses took out bad loans. But then those dumb asses stopped paying and there was a cash crunch. Bear Streans failed Lehman failed etc. Then the market went down 80% from the highs. Employment hit 10%.
THIS TIME IT’S WORSE. GOOD LUCK TO THE STOCK MARKET. HAVE FUN RIDING IT DOWN
Because one can never tell in real time when it’s going back up, there is little choice for most … it must be ridden down

“It is a hammer blow for millions more who can only eat if they earn a wage,” he added.
“Lockdowns and global economic recession have already decimated their nest eggs.
It only takes one more shock — like Covid-19 — to push them over the edge.”
We can share food.
Also…you can go a really long time not eating much.
Could we share …nest eggs
Scrambled nest eggs.
Never mind.
Its…unthinkable.
yes, the bodies will inevitably stack up either way, higher and
higher still if we do not appease the gods of mammon
Read your bibles, people…man earns his bread by the sweat of his brow. No lollygagging, no sharing.

ParticipantI’m not claiming to be better. I value money more than life.
Hell, with my large life insurance policy I’m practically life neutral nowadays.

Most dead in the world, but with a better quarter this year?
I’m not saying its binary, money OR life. Both are important.
But money is more important.

Money>life. I get it. Its just funny, with all the abortion hysterics on the right.
We will definitely be the winner for most dead at the end of it.
Americans will think, eh, it was the old and the weak, back home in heaven. But these fetuses. They had so much potential.
Youth culture gone mad. I love you little embryo. Too bad so sad, gramps.
How many life-years left for the decrepit overweight boomers? Not many, we think, dreaming of stock market highs. We are all death panelists now.
As we should be. Life is not sacred. Can we all at least agree on that?
We make that clear with foreigners lives, and the old, weak, the minority communities, anyone who has no insurance, is just a bag of water and chemicals.
the elderly suicide in MIDSOMMAR. If you’ve seen that movie. Scary. Great horror movie. Is what we are.

I’d say virtually everyone says unstoppable progress and wealth. The same as the last 90 years but better!
