    Also in Stonebridge with a view lot. I think you should look into snake fences. That way you don’t have to kill them and also be safe. Will be having my landscaper add one once he’s done with the backyard. Neighbor had issues with snakes and got a snake fence.

    I think the problem was Cornerstone priced their Tiburon homes too high relative to the competition and they wouldn’t negotiate at all. Only when the homes were near completion did they drop the prices 80k which is when we bought. But it was really the better views from being up high that sold us.
