    I’m looking at some homes in Scripps Ranch. Does anyone have any comments on the community and houses around Caminito Cuesta.

    Are there any hidden problems/issues in these houses

    Bought the same plan new back in 96 and lived there till last year. Had just about zero problems during that time. Loved the floor plan. Community was great as well but moved on to a larger house. Only negative was the houses were very close together.
