Here is another idea. If it does not fit you, please ignore it. If you
have that amount of money, you can help them to pay the balance off and
ask them to pay you the 25k plus 7% or 8% interest monthly.(Of course
your parents need to keep their promise.) It is like they owe you the
debt, not the credit card company.In this case, you can help them to
avoid paying 13% (high) interest, but get 7 or 8% interest yourself. At
least they are paying the 8% interest to their son or daughter, not the
credit card company.

Yes. I’ve noticed the same thing. One of the realtors sends me a daily listing. A while ago, you would see the price trend is down, but recently the new listed houses price comes out higher. I wonder why? Is this a game or a new strategy the realtors are playing?

Cardiff, you are right. In June, they told me they were open to the public.

I just called them a minute ago and they said they just closed their service to the public starting on July 1st because they are overwhelmed and they need to concentrate on military members.

We have been members for many years and so far I don’t have negative things to say about them. I usually call them for help and most of their representatives are friendly and helpful. They told me their banking service is open to the public, so anybody can open an account with them.

a friend who works at Nokia said the company will make an announcement on August 8th. they probably will lay off everybody, then hire back some of them in order to avoid lawsuits.
