In case you haven’t noticed, we have two participants on this forum that have similar names: sdrealtor and SD Realtor. The question is, who is who?

I started this post to clear up any differences and to get a vote on which name/poster we like better and why. Why do this? I don’t know, I thought it would be fun. Let’s try to keep it that way.

Honestly, I cannot not think of one good reason why this is appropriate.

1 vote for sdrealtor

I am partial to sdrealtor for the following reasons:
1. I am pretty sure he was here first
2. He has a realtor’s bullish perspective on many things, but he goes against NAR party lines and gives the other perspective as well.
3. He is a Phil Hendrie fan (most important reason)

I don’t know SD Realtor as well, although he does seem to be quite knowledgeable and fair.

I vote for SD Realtor because sdrealtor isnt here for votes or to make friends or find clients for that matter!

I met sdrealtor at the July 22nd meeting. He seems a really nice guy. This forum improved for good since he started posting. If I decide to buy a house today, definitely I will interview him.

BTW, I’m a really nice guy too contrary to what some posters might think.

I’ll have to vote for sdrealtor also, because I couldn’t make it on the 22nd because I was celebrating my mom’s b-day.
