But, however, I told my broker to buy nothing right now. We will wait around in MM, some bonds, and cash.
Everytime I buy stock I get hammered. I never take the long view. I will try to resist buying now and holding….

I couldn’t agree more. I certainly don’t consider my cash-flow-negative landlords “suckers”. I think they made a bad financial decision.
Myito, I’m curious how you would feel if you overheard the sales rep for your new home development refer to you as a “sucker”.
