So once again, I agree w/CAR. It was forced on us, leaving us few choices. [/quote]Was it forced on us or did we choose it? I seem to remember a guy named Ross Perot who told us, quite accurately, everything that was going to happen. Instead of electing him, we all made fun of his big ears. So we got Clinton, who gave us both NAFTA and Most Favored Nation status for China in 1994. Of course I’m sure his Arkansas Wal-Mart buddies had nothing to do with this.
And it’s going to keep happening. Any politician who tries to warn people will be made fun of on Saturday Night Live, Jon Stewart, etc… We will all giggle and smirk and feel good about ourselves as we check the box for the next globalist stooge instead.

And heck, maybe it was the government’s way to fool the unsuspecting. Can’t have inflation. Let’s flood our country w/cheap crap from China. And before we knew it, all our factories were closing and unemployment is high.

July 17, 2011 at 8:38 AM #710198anParticipantJp and car might feel forced, because they’re ok with paying more for American made. However, the majority of the buying public disagree. I know I do. The majority of the stuff that are disposable, the cheaper the better. I guess when you’re the minority, it does feel forced.
