[quote=Rustico]”Contractor Christopher Lindsay, 40, who has filed a lawsuit against Fryson and Yuba County in federal court, said that Fryson told him she could make the unfounded charges go away by paying her $10,000. Child Protective Services failed to adequately supervise Fryson, according to the suit in federal court in Sacramento.”

I don’t think so.. I’d say more he’s more pissed. i’d do the same damn thing…Not to mention he probably spent a considerable amount of time to deal with this B.S.
I’ll stand by what I say.. Probably a good portion of the CPS workers themselves have pretty messed up lives.

Looks to me like he had law enforcement on his side almost immediately. I think I would feel like it was an opportunity to be a good Samaritan not screw the tax payer more.January 18, 2011 at 10:40 AM #655412NotCrankyParticipant[quote=flu][quote=Rustico]”Contractor Christopher Lindsay, 40, who has filed a lawsuit against Fryson and Yuba County in federal court, said that Fryson told him she could make the unfounded charges go away by paying her $10,000. If you have kids, how do you bathe them? Do you clean their private parts? If not, then how do you teach them to clean themselves?
I baby-sat my nieces a few times when they were young. Came shower time, I used the handheld shower to spray them. But was careful to not touch.
Since you guys like to talk child rearing, how do you do it? Or is the subject too delicate to even discuss? You know, CPS might be knocking on your door at any moment.
I’m surprised that politicians are not talking about abolishing CPS altogether.
And talking about regulations, I think that at least 1/2 the parents should not be permited to reproduce (I know, that would be unconstitutional). We need driver licenses to drive but don’t need any qualifications to reproduce. Go figure.
