Anyone ever heard of a little humor to lighten up the day and usual political ranting? Any way, I will try to keep my comments strictly to real estate, as all the piggy squares get miffed by even a teeny tiny circle.
Well, some of us have a sense of humour. I thought your posts were hilarious.

July 9, 2008 at 5:24 PM #236359Rich ToscanoKeymasterI agree 100% with nostradamus:
I thought it was funny… and it certainly got a lot of replies. A blog is a microcosmic democracy: replying is a vote which moves a topic to the top of the active forum topics list. Not replying is a vote against it. Simply don’t reply and it will go away.
All others need to do is come up with 15 interesting, real estate related articles to push these off the board! That’s the real challenge and the responsibility lies on you, the voter!
Well said sir!
As I described at length in the “jfucquette must go” thread, this is an unmoderated forum for all the joys and ills that that leads to. (The main joy being that I don’t have to spend time moderating it). I will draw the line at repeated incidences of threadjacking housing threads into political flamewars. But if someone posts a dedicated thread in the OT forum, anything goes… that’s the way it is. (Again, more detail in the jf must go thread, and no I cannot remove the OT forum from the active forum topics list).
So I respectfully request that people stop asking me to remove forum topics, and that they instead follow Nostradamus’ sage advice and ignore it or start a better thread.
Thanks!
Rich
PS – Yes, I also lol’d at “Bunny McMuffin.”
