Why shouldn’t this be in the public remarks? IMHO, this should be public info so that a “Good Samaritan” can let the tennants know what’s up.

ParticipantThis actually pisses me off enough that I printed out a copy of the Redfin entry (and one from Yahoo real estate showing it got posted there Jan 6)… time to do some tactical highlighting and swing by their mailboxes on the way home.
