    From the listing remarks:
    Please do not Disturb Tenants. They do not know property is for sale.

    What kind of landlord tries to sell without telling their tenants? How do they expect prospective buyers to see the units?

    It was purchased in 2003 for $435k. Nice mark up if they can get it.

    I just have a feeling that the tenants are going to get hosed in this deal.

    And the other problem is that those remarks are in the public section.
    Generally they are in the confidential section with the lockbox combo and the fact that the dog has no teeth.
