The market will shake those who should not have been buying out. I don’t have a problem with that nor someone stating that they feel prices are far too high and that they would not become interested in purchaseing until prices came down 10, 20 50% whatever thay feel value is at. To come out and say that my neghbor bought a neew Hum V and I hope he can’t make his payment and that he loses his house as things correct …that to me seems lie a bitter person hoping for the worst. I don’t know I feel there is a distinction.

Exactly, Bugs! I don’t know why everybody jonesing to buy a house doesn’t just read every post you’ve made on this site and snap out of it.
