Pros:
1) Close, convenient for you and your kids
2) Probably more kids around your neighborhood
3) Easy access to a playground during weekends for kidsCons:
1) Make sure you can deal with the noise during the weekdays
2)Make sure you can deal with the traffic during peak hours
3) Plan for unexpected events, such as a false/faulty alarm blaring over the weekends with no response for hours….Just ask anyone in Sausalito when that happened a few months back.
4) Don’t underestimate the noise during the weekends even if school is out…A lot of times, those open fields are used for league soccer/baseball games..Decide if those cons will bother you.

equipment you can pay your mortgage courtesy of pervs.Minuses: A certain amount of noise, trouble,
vandalism, angry parents beating you up, maybe
a registry on the sex offenders list.If you can’t tell I was joking about the plus.
Some people like being close to school,
it depends upon the kids their and your kids.December 15, 2009 at 3:09 PM #494504patbParticipantPluses: If you can point a webcam at the playground

It may be unacceptable to you at any price or it may be a non-issue. The only way to know is to check it out in action.
