OMG, even during the boom years they could not get this thing finished in TV? I guess things were not actually as good as we thought, even during the bubble years.
There you have it folks, even during the bubble perfectly good housing sat “deteriorated and rotted” in TV. No wonder they are breaking out the bulldozers this early in the RE collapse.
