Jan. 1 = 8.7 billion
Apr. 1 = 3.9 billion
Apr. 9 = 5.2 billionYear to date…i’d say Mr. Buffet has lost about 3.5 billion worth of WFC. Are we supposed to be congratulating him or something?

Yeah we know we’re looking in the most desirable areas, we can’t help it, we like living there…and it’s close to work (Del Mar).
The coffee houses is a good idea as well.
But like i said originally, rental prices in these areas seem to be holding their own. I’m sure rental prices in Temecula and Murrieta are taking a hit, so perhaps it’s the aggregate that is pulling down the numbers (similar to housing sales actually).
