Yeah we know we’re looking in the most desirable areas, we can’t help it, we like living there…and it’s close to work (Del Mar).
The coffee houses is a good idea as well.
But like i said originally, rental prices in these areas seem to be holding their own. I’m sure rental prices in Temecula and Murrieta are taking a hit, so perhaps it’s the aggregate that is pulling down the numbers (similar to housing sales actually).
