I don’t buy it. Unless you totally remodeled the home (seriously doubt the price has held up even then) or bought it in a non arm’s length transaction, I call BS.

I agree that Zestimates are a joke and always have been, but the site has its uses. For factual info (when listed, what sold for, etc.) it’s great.
