On the other hand the threat of a hand carried nuclear devices being employed in important places in western civilization or other “terrorist acts” may start to level the playing field. They work on buyer’s patience or lack of and sympathize at all the right times like when the wife wants a house. They schmooze really good and butter people up waiting for that moment of weakness. They show that they themselves are very susceptible to those same weaknesses. Nobody wants to be a hero right? Most likely the buyers today are buying with people like that as much as with the perma bull, easy to see through kind.
