ParticipantI am going to go out on a limb Alex. Not buying is really bothering you. I understand that. Either don’t let it, or buy a stupid house and don’t let anyone make a federal case against you for it. It’s your life. Getting fussy with us doesn’t change where you are at with this decision.

ParticipantYou could transfer the zero percent CC to your checking and then draft a check against it. This doesn’t help you get the the rebates on your original card though. I doubt you get rebated for checking deposits of that card? If you can, maybe you make a cash advance against on it to your checking and then cover that with the zero?

ParticipantI don’t want anything to do with it on the listing side and would only do it if someone said they really wanted me to help.
“Deal” seeking buyers are better off focusing on the REO inventory and any possible motivated seller and lowballing if they can’t wait.I guess if your clients are insisting on offering on short sale stuff you have to do it. Maybe the enviornment for short sales will improve. When it does, the exercise you are getting, will certainly help you.About the FAX: Did you call and ask for an alternate number?
