Kev, not sure if this is good advice, but I can totally see Charlie Sheen’s character doing it this way. Let her catch you with someone else, then she will think the breakup is her idea. Just make sure she doesn’t have a conceal/carry permit first, or own a gun for that matter.
moneymakerParticipantOf all the breakups I’ve had, I now realize that none of them would have worked long term. Each person was “special” to me, but even that 1 in a million, if it’s not right, then it won’t last. Watch a bunch of 2 1/2 men (the old ones with Charlie) and see what feels right to you. Time heals everything, so if you have to go hide out somewhere so be it, just kidding. Try to be mature even if they won’t be. Remember make up sex can be pretty good too!
moneymakerParticipantI agree, but tell that to that government, oh yeah i guess you just did. Good Job spdrun! NO FEAR
Heading to the mountains this weekend where I have just as much a chance of dying in a fire as any city dweller has of dying in a car crash.moneymakerParticipantOr, was it a dry run, for some type of terrorist action. Wouldn’t even have to be nuclear to do some major damage.
moneymakerParticipantHouse just lost $104,000 in the last 30 days according to Zillow. Is there an HOA there? That might be a deciding factor for me, and if so how much is it? Seems like a relatively small lot for the area, is the old owner going to build another house right behind it?
moneymakerParticipantDidn’t see any blood in that video paramount. When walking our dogs we see lots of bad dog owners. Like the ones that let their dogs run around off leash, not a good idea in my mind. We have seen a distant neighbor who actually lets their pit bull walk around in their not fenced yard, bad idea!

moneymakerParticipantI tend to love (sustitute care about if you like) those that have the capacity to love me back. Is this selfish? Perhaps, but I’m pretty sure my dog loves me, although it might be pretty close contest between loving me and loving a can of cat food. Who am I kidding, the cat food would win every time.
P.S.- I do feel more benevolence toward homeless people that are caring for a pet while being homeless.December 6, 2013 at 8:51 PM in reply to: Question for the Pigglords…. “Also, you cannot evict you
while the lease is in effect, except for reasons
such as your damaging the property or failing to
pay rent. A lease gives you and the tenant the security of a
long-term agreement at a known rent.
The disadvantage of a lease is that if the tenant
ends up being undersirable, but complies with
the terms of the lease you must ride out the term.”
I believe marriage is a protected category as far as discrimination goes, so if you want to risk a lawsuit evict away.
My personal take would be if he spends less than half the nights there he is not a tenant.moneymakerParticipantJust called SDG&E today to see if my electrical drop from the pole can handle 200A. Lady said if it couldn’t they would probably replace it at no charge.
December 6, 2013 at 3:29 PM in reply to: Question for the Pigglords…. Overnight guest rules for tenants #768790moneymakerParticipantUCGal I did not say there is nothing you can do if he moves in without marrying her. I said there is nothing you can do if they get married and he moves in, big difference. If they get married then he would be protected by law, same as if he were her care giver, i.e. if she needed a care giver, which is probably not the case.
December 6, 2013 at 2:19 PM in reply to: Question for the Pigglords…. Overnight guest rules for tenants #768786moneymakerParticipantWhen I got married my wife moved in with me, I had a lease. The management pressed for her to “be put on the lease”. We ignored them. They eventually stopped asking, maybe they realized they had no legal ground to stand on. So just to let you know if she marries said boyfriend there is nothing you can do about him living there, just another point of view. I believe this law would also apply to caretakers.
moneymakerParticipantI’m glad I don’t have Kaiser. So seems like doctors don’t make enough money so they need a co-pay, or is it just mutually agreed between doctors and insurance companies that it is a way to improve their bottom line. I’m not saying other companies don’t gouge similarly, and I know it’s not much compared to the $400-$500 charge for that 15 minute visit, but where is the accounting? Sounds like Kaiser is on the ball, maybe because they control everything from end to end, I’m just saying I don’t think your average doctor is going to turn you down because they are not getting their co-pay, like everything in life I believe it is negotiable. Just like the insurance deductible analogy it is to keep claims down.
