ParticipantI believe it’s the feds that investigate these things and I’m sure they are reading this as I’m typing it so I have full confidence that they will eventually catch the perps. Teenagers like to brag and that will eventually get them caught.

Participantsdrealtor-do you wish you had plucked that little guy up when it was small? I planted a queen palm at my last place,I think it was 6ft tall at the time, after 5 years I think it got to 8-9ft. So things don’t always grow the way you think they will. I’m trying to decide/find the perfect tree to plant in the yard of our new place. I know what I don’t want-anything that drops leaves, eucalyptus, pine needles,if anybody has suggestions I’m open. I’m thinking king palm. Anybody try planting coconut trees here in southern california, seems like they should thrive but I don’t see them here.

ParticipantI think a lot of people are so discouraged that they have stopped looking for work. My neighbor is an unemployed mechanic and it seems like he could get a job right now at any Toyota dealership, unless he is applying online, he rarely leaves the house. I also think the government is totally guessing as they are constantly revising the data. By the way he is the only unemployed person I know right now, which seems strange to me.

Participant
however, that is the article, and that is the headline…someone in the article mentions that the FHA should be fine moving forward because the avg borrowers FICO score is up from 630 to 690 from the bad years of 07-08 to the good year of 09. maybe. seems like even govt money is going to get tighter.
I agree that gov money will get tighter, I think my FHA loan in ’09 might have shot the avg FICO up, if the market tumbles and the gov does nothing then Obama may have a real need to bring the troops home, civil unrest,I think the same decision was faced during the depression with all the veterans in washington demanding their promised pay, someone lost their ability to get elected based on dispersing the crowd with military assets. Last comment, “the market is what it is” this talk of correcting is just projecting your own desire for the market to do what you want it to. But then isn’t that what drives the stock market “projected earnings”.
