And this is why the “Three Strikes” law was so popular. A small percentage of the criminal population commits the vast majority of crimes. These scum need to be taken off the streets for life, IMHO.

Well there was the perp who assaulted asian women. But he was caught and arrested.

Then there was a bunch of copycat home invasion robberies targeting women, but I think SDPD did start beefing up patrol and communities started hiring armed securities (not rent-a-cops).
Personally, versus a 3 strike rule, I prefer a 1 strike, castration rule. But a big guard dog is more practical.
