ParticipantOrlando is beautiful. I would not mind living there at all. Was there for a week doing study.
One thing to be careful though, I heard crime rates there is pretty high so just be on little more alert.
Otherwise, the girls there are more beautiful than in San Diego or even temecula.

ParticipantOkay, this happened to me too, here is the story:
Got the whole package like you and saw that my middle name was spelled incorrectly. Called escrow and asked them that since I was tight on time, can I just correct every single incorrect part (about 20 corrections on pages that i made) and initial it and send back to them. They said yes and they would correct after I sent a bunch of signed docs to them.
but only 1 letter of my middle name was incorrect.
There was absolutely no problem afterward. All following papers have my correct name. Final paperworks do not include any of the signed docs that I had to fix .
Depend on your case. If you have time, get the change before sign since it’s a different name all together.
Last resort, just do it like me but fix it every where you see the mistake and initial it.
Don’t shoot me if you have later have problems!

ParticipantThere are still that 3 possible outcomes for housing that I ponder:
1. Armageddon or something similar to it. (what I was hopping for).
2. Armageddon but in super slow motion that no one in the movie risk dying except by old age…that is, I can’t see what’s the practical point of waiting the bottom forever in such a sticky environment created by government.
3. The heroes: Ben, Obama and all tax payers are bailing out the housing crisis relatively successfully and we are pretty much near or at bottom.
I believe in #2.
