KIBUParticipant
Yes! Moneymaker, great time to buy for the rest of the world. Great time to sell for you!
KIBUParticipantGreat time to buy.
October 4, 2013 at 11:42 PM in reply to: OT: Justice for Alexian Lien: victim of mob beating… #766315KIBUParticipantThis turned into a political discussion about the unfortunate incident. Instead of figuring out about the reality of this intimidating driving, bullying phenomenon, people again state their political ideas.
It is not a race issue either. I am an Asian American but I do not care if Liam was an Asian or not. It is equally bad if an African American, White, Red, or who the heck was in that SUV. The bikers were doing all they could to intimidate the car driver with implications of threat to the life of the car’s occupants. I am not sure most of us would not turn panic in that situation and decided to defend ourselves by running away. Unfortunately, even to run away from this crowd was in itself blocked intentionally by many bikers closely surrounding the car.
Reading up to here, we still have not said about where the hell were the police on that long and lawless drive??? Their 911 response should be a big concern to address.
KIBUParticipantNot to mention that as we inch closer and closer through global warming, the sea will continue to rise and pretty soon all the expensive areas like La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Downtown San Diego will be under water.
The new beach will be at Temecula where Paramount is at his back yard with an umbrella enjoying the cool breeze of the ocean.
What’s better than that?
KIBUParticipantGood point. A good commute for me would involve these (which I had done all):
1. Bike to work within 30 minutes trip
2. Walk to work
3. Take the trolley to workThe thing I hate the most is drive to work but as of current, I have to do that now because of the job location. What I like about the trolley was the people around making me feeling like I live in a city with real people. Driving is a different experience, it’s like you only see cars (objects) in front, behind, next to you….and you see the road.
KIBUParticipantI know friends who bought here and ended up living somewhere else because they could not handle the drive day in and out to work and back. The beautiful homes are attractive but it’s almost like a trap that hypnotizes many people to jump in.
I know some who love Temecula. Others got their lives realy messed up because of the drives and major inconveniences of long distances commuting. Some of them got stuck with the house, or renting it, leaving it vacant, or selling it. I would agree that Temecula homes are beautiful and would love to live in one like that except the commutes.
KIBUParticipant(CNN) — The 43-year-old gunman who set fire to his apartment in suburban Miami and then fatally shot six people in and around the building had given authorities no reason to believe anything was amiss until Friday night, police said Saturday.

KIBUParticipantObama’s Moscow visit to meet Putin is in limbo because of Snowden standoff
President Obama’s scheduled trip to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in September is in limbo because of uncertainty surrounding National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden, who fled to Russia and is seeking asylum there.
In addition to the Snowden case, relations between the United States and Russia have become strained in recent weeks over the ongoing conflict in Syria, disputes over nuclear weapons and concerns about the Putin government’s treatment of dissidents.
KIBUParticipant
KIBU, are you employed by the People’s Republic of China? It would explain the distinctly Marxist tone and verbiage you use, as well as the contorted and strangled grammar.
Your delusion is proven twice on this thread, without a doubt.
KIBUParticipantDoes this mean then that we don’t have a problem now Alan? Yes or no? Did they cancel each other out or something? Did “yes we ahve a problem” becomes no, it’s canceled out? Just want to know if you change your mind again.
Mike, I understand your point. I don’t think you can just cancel the gun problem that we face using this argument.
KIBUParticipantThanks Mike, but I remembered reading some of these back in 2012. Thanks for reminding these news.

(CNN) — Four shootings in less than an hour left three people dead in Omaha, Nebraska, police said.
Two shooting victims were killed, as was one gunman, who was not identified, police said. Two other people were critically wounded.
The shootings all took place in south Omaha on Saturday, the same day the city kicked off the College World Series — the NCAA championship for baseball.KIBUParticipantThe point is that if one is barred from being able to buy a weapon due to some issues with one’s criminal/mental background, it makes sense that he/she would also be barred from being able to buy the parts. It’s just a loophole.
KIBUParticipantThat is a problem. Loopholes in the gun laws where criminals and would be killers still can assemble guns from parts.
