I met sdrealtor at the July 22nd meeting. He seems a really nice guy. This forum improved for good since he started posting. If I decide to buy a house today, definitely I will interview him.

We came here at the end of 04 and so far we are still renting and waiting. I agree with the players that this is just the beginning of the declining.

It is good she can enjoy her life like this. The most important thing is she is happy.
I have visited about 30 countries. If I were her, I would sell my house and take the big profit and continue my traveling.

I was searching in Scripps Ranch area for a rental house at the beginning of this year.The highest number was 32 for rental, I think, but last week I saw the number was 13.

VCJIM, come on, man! Just one criticism about overspending Americans makes you so mad? Give me a break. I don’t have any anti-American intention at all, and I am an American myself. I am happy living here.

I guess I wasn’t careful enough. I should have said “SOME Americans”. Will that make you feel better? The world is not perfect, and we Americans are not perfect, either.

I do have strong sentiments about Americans overspending and living in a debt situation, though. Don’t you agree some of them spend way too much and get themselves in big debt? It is a fact that America’s savings rate is negative.

This is just an internet discussion board. Everybody can have his(her) own opinion. No need to get so emotional. If you don’t like my point of view, you don’t have to read it. I have no problem. Relax!
