Participant
Trump probably has never felt this much pressure in his life and probably feels like an an animal backed into a corner. My prediction is he’s going to explode on national TV tonight.
Not showing today’s debate to my kid. I have a bad feeling about how it is going to go.

Although it might not make make difference for me voting for Hillary in California but I will definitely vote against Duncan Hunter if he run for reelection specifically because he endorsed Trump.
I don’t vote in CA anymore…. But does Duncan Hunter represent Mira Mesa?
He’s a congressman for California US District 52. Here’s the map of District 52: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/71/California_US_Congressional_District_52_%28since_2013%29.tif/lossless-page1-1280px-California_US_Congressional_District_52_%

Short answer is yes.
No, this is wrong. He represents District 50 — more of an East County district.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California%27s_50th_congressional_districtMira Mesa is District 52 — represented by Scott Peters.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California%27s_52nd_congressional_district%5B/quote%5DMy bad, you’re correct. I missread. He represented District 52 up to 2013 and due to redistricting, he now represent District 50. Too bad I can’t vote against him… Oh well.
Don’t forget to vote against Darrel Issa if you are in his north county district. He is another enthusiastic traveller of the Trump Train !

ParticipantI must say – Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, John Kaisich and their campaigns are a bunch of losers! There was so much dirt on Donald out there and they were just sleeping throughout the primaries…

Were are not a parliamentary system. We fight it out within our parties, not on the floor of congress. Bernie asking his supporters to vote for Hillary is not enough for you?
Bernie is a sellout idiot.
Johnson is a know nothing idiot.
Hillary is a 10 headed snake.
Trump… well, we know who he is.Great choices eh?
I have seen and lived in other democracies.
Our choices ( other than Trump) are much better than what other people get.

Participant

Why do people say their vote doesn’t make a difference in CA?
If your vote doesn’t make a difference, then who’s vote does?
In California a person’s presidential vote in the general election doesn’t really matter. If Cali ever goes Republican in the next 30 years, it’s going to be in such a deluge election we’re not going to be the state that tips the scales. When my far left friends talk about voting for Jill Stein, I’m like “Knock yourself out… won’t affect the final result”.
Obviously an individual voter matters a lot in local races, and in competitive house seats like Scott Peters’s.
In any election where the winning candidate wins by more than two votes, I can argue that a person’s vote does not matter.
However collectively everybody’s vote matters. We need to learn to not be so cynical.

” With the flattening of tiers from 4 to 2, the tier 2 rate of $0.16 in 2011 has increased to $0.39. ”
I verified this and the numbers are legit.
Where are you getting these rates from? My June electric Bill (before I turned on Solar) had following rates Tier 1 (< 288Kwh): $0.18, Tier 2 (288-374KWh): $0.21 and Tier 3 (>374KWh) : $0.41

ParticipantIt is tragic (and scary) that this man was able to win the GOP nomination. It shows how bad things have become on that side of politics.

So did Melania immigrate legally or illegally? There were some reports this weekend saying she was working illegally on B-1 visa. Then another one saying she may have shown fake marriage to get green card years before she actually married Donald. All of this if true should will be clear visa fraud and may render her citizenship invalid.
