When the current phase, or next couple at most, are built count on either smaller houses, or the same house with much fewer amenities.
ParticipantI was up at the “Pine Mountain Club”, 60 miles north of LA, last weekend, what a dump. Lots of crappy little cabins next to MCcabins. I would say 30-40% of the place is on the market. It was so bad it reminded me of Big Bear.

He also had his divorced son buy a house about a year ago. He kicked me off his show when I caught him using misleading numbers, his last line in a huff, “If he wants to keep throwing money away on rent…”
