…However I am also hearing (and seeing) many start buying due to price decline and few expects this is the OLY BOTTOM for San Diego- this is kind of slogan I don’t want to hear compare to the currernt crisis. I am still hoping a steep price decline for San Diego county (even places like 4s Ranch and Carmell Valley)
