8497 went pending after all of 7 days on the market.
I cannot answer why there was no pending sign but many don’t put up a pending sign so that interested people will call them so that the agent can try to get them into a different home. Also with regards to REO properties, it is never surprising that the flyers are not updated, etc.. think about it, there is no seller there to nag the agent and keep them in check. Thus they are routinely neglected as listings. Even other listings that have absentee owners may be pretty much put on autopilot.
