    Appreciate any input on this property from the group:
    2910 Summit Dr, Escondido, CA 92025
    MLS: 100037936

    It’s definitely a unique property that offers acreage but house config that may be more problems than it’s worth. Thanks! BKlawyer

    They did not spend the money upgrading the kitchens or baths. (Older appliances, tile counters, etc.)

    It looks nice/clean.

    You mention the house config is an issue. Can you explain? It’s hard to tell from pictures on a listing.
