The bottom in terms of nominal prices was fall/winter 1995.
In terms of inflation adjusted prices they bottomed about 1998 last time.

I cant find the search function to verify this but I’m pretty sure my prediction was 5 to 10% decline over the next year with a bias toward the 10% which is exactly what we got around here.
