If CA starts to edge towards 10% unemployment in 2009, all bets are off. I feel fairly certain that the discussion will be far more fear dominated than hope. That’s when the real deals start to emerge. It could happen.

I cant find the search function to verify this but I’m pretty sure my prediction was 5 to 10% decline over the next year with a bias toward the 10% which is exactly what we got around here.I guess that I should have warned you long ago. I’m one of those guys who isnt always right but is never wrong:)
