4/2 1922 sf, asking $255,000 (in an area where a good-condition 4/2 would probably fetch above 500k) Also no pictures.
* * * BANK OWNED HOME * * * This is an amazing price for this property. Bring your contractor and make your dream home. Previous owners did some remodeling with new flooring, fresh paint and bull nose corners. The kitchen has been completely removed along with most fixtures throughout the home.

July 23, 2008 at 10:14 AM #245166crParticipantSee guys, this is what happens if we don’t bail people out. We should be spending our hard earned tax dollars on people selfish and stupid enough to buy a house they can’t afford so they don’t ruin it while being foreclosed upon.

Stucco is not difficult with a little study in advance. A job of any size makes for an extremely good workout. Getting the finish to look nice and especially matching existing stucco well is tough. Usually in a major remodel after repairing and patching the house gets prepped for a complete new finish coat.
Stucco is usually bid by the surface yard including paper, wire lath ,base plaster coats and finish. You can get a licensed bonded contractor to do it for $30 to $50 a yard. On the parts that just need prep and new finish coat that would be about $15-$20 per yard.July 23, 2008 at 1:00 PM #245388NotCrankyParticipantesmith,
