if trend carries, carlsbad is about 12-18 month behind san marcos ?
San Marcos market is totally different from Temecula, I would say, North county market can be supported by rental market,
but Temecula don’t.June 3, 2008 at 10:41 AM #216133niy38Participantif trend carries, carlsbad is about 12-18 month behind san marcos ?

It's always the same argument. — Scripps Ranch is different than San Marcos, and so on…. This is so much like high-school. My house is nicer than yours, my car is faster, etc….June 3, 2008 at 11:12 AM #216179patientlywaitingParticipantSan Marcos market is totally different from Temecula, I would say

Mostly, we are all just bored, right?
I mean, how many times can we say, “Is it time to buy yet?” knowing it’s not.
These discussions are going to get sillier and sillier as time passes.
Then, all of a sudden, we will all know when the time is right to buy, and for each of us, that will be a different moment in time, based on so many factors.
