but even people leave their foreclosured house, they still
need to find a place to live. I know there are a lots of
discussion if rent go down in history, but I really doubt that
will happen in San Diego area, probably at most level off.I don’t have to buy now because of family reason, but
considering the inflation, interest rate, I’m a little bit

You’ve obviously done your homework and are sensing a market bottom. I mean really with that kind of analysis, your good to go.
