Palin is an advocate of Creationism over Evolution. WTH…???
I thought we squared that one away during the Monkey Trial…
I can see how hard scientific data would contribute, but how does a ‘Creationism’ rational help us strengthen our National Security? Or revive our economy? Or break our dependence on foreign or domestic oil?
God help us (literally). I’ve heard of hope being a plan, but I’d like something more tangible this election.

August 29, 2008 at 1:20 PM #263151PadreBrianParticipantShe is what the base wanted…BUT she isn’t from a battleground state. That’s what it’s all about. The feminists won’t vote for her…and McCain already had the Independent women vote.
This is going to be another squeaker of an election.

August 29, 2008 at 1:49 PM #263166nostradamusParticipantWow. To address the fact that McCain is too old and too similar to the current good ol’ boys, they go with a young woman. It addresses age and addresses change. I don’t know whether to feel insulted by this transparent strategy or stupid to be part of a society where such tactics are necessary. Are we so shallow this is what must be done to get elected?
