I should probably leave it for Rich to comment on, if he wants to, but here are my two cents anyway.
The apparent verbal abuse was reciprocal.
She had previously burdened Rich by having him remove posts that were way too personal and potentially harmful(that time to herself).In this last instance it looked like she was a threat to out someone completely. Outing people on a blog seems really messed up. I think it is a given that you are history if you do that,or threaten to do that,by words or deeds. It was correct for Rich to stop it before she got a chance to put up incriminating claims,true or false,and providing personal data to go with it.Since he has not set down any other codes it seems understood that only offenses that common sense dictates are intolerable( not just deeds of questionable merit) are punishable by expulsion. More power to him for that “policy”.
