Well, what flu says is probably true.
On the other hand, if don’t have full acrobat (writer), I highly recommend these two free programs.
(1) doPDF – convert (print) any documents into PDF files and,
(2)PDFill tools – has 2 parts.
The free part allows you to do things like move pages around, merge pdf files, add headers and footers, rotate pages, some form field operations etc.
It also includes an editor that can do some limited editing in the free version. Supposedly you can also pay to get better editor but I never use the editor part.
Maybe you can try and see if you can fill forms with this.
[Haven’t used NitroPDF so not sure if it works and if spyware free…]
