Why would the cops care about a robbery? There is no money to be made investigating a robbery. Writing tickets is where it’s at.

That and the economics of bank robbing isn’t what it once was in the era of Bonnie and Clyde. I imagine you’d be lucky to get $20,000 in cash for your trouble, which is great if you get away with it but carries a huge risk.
