We used to live in Carmel Valley, and now have a few rentals there. We can’t believe how much the area has changed over the years.
Sadly, if something drastic isn’t done soon, this type of activity will, no doubt, increase in every area–especially when many of the kids in San Diego, and California in general, realize they may never be able to afford to live here after leaving Mom & Dad’s little nest!
