We still are in a FLU pandemic… The guy won’t shut up! Kidding FLU… You are one of my favortie writers on this blog…

But seriously, in this country there aren’t any “fair and balanced” news orginizations. For that I read The Economist and the BBC news (which even now is begining to get a let more commericial) because these news outlets have figured out a way of delivering news without the sensetitalism. Incrediable writing and story delivery…

That being said they generally have a smaller audience then most of their competitors.

This is the same with american politics… Real issues are too boring… Want a fan base? Take up a cause that polarizes people… “Gays are evil” or “Gays are great” now you have an interested supporter base AND THEN maybe you can get people interested in some of the “ancilary” topics like health and education.

Gays aren’t the real subject here just a starting talking point for politicians… On both sides of the isle…

And I hope in ten years we are looking back at this and saying “Man we were barbaric”.
