Here is http://www.google.com. Search “history of the word nergo”, “Political correctness” and any other variation. It is very easy to verify what I said.
Now somebody come up with plausible reason why they used AFRICAN as the race on the birth certificate in 1961.
Maybe that is they way Hawaii did it but it is still unlikely therefore it is a valid question.

Why do you automatically assume that Obama is eligible??

It was done by someone not old enough to remember the official name for Blacks as commonly used in those times.
