This woman reminds me of one of those phoney “I will work for food” guys. It kind of frustrates me to see them pan handling and sometimes throwing food that people give them into the bushes to rot. However, they still are out there, yellow toothed sun burned and scabbed over and I remember that something must be wrong with them to do that. I don’t want to “fix them” with a donation, becasue that would be a waste, but I don’t want to kick them anymore because they certainly are down ,further than I am,to be doing such things. This woman is sick. Her symptoms are not really that surprising either. That people want to kick the tar out of her isn’t either.

Sell the loan to the mob, then you will see how quckly she will make good on the money she borrowed. My guess is that she would vacate the house in pristine condition, cover up the difference from the short sale, and be very happy while doing it.
