From her website:
“We have consultants working together to advise and assist you. Our professionals in your local area are familiar with the laws unique to California. They are specialists in finding the program that will work for you. And they will act quickly to make sure you don’t lose your home.”
I take this to mean her consultants will buy you a lock and chain so you can chain yourself to your house?
The odd thing is that Zillow shows her house as having sold on 5/14/2008 – did the bank already foreclose, and she’s just waiting for the eviction now?

I’ll drag her out of the house.
I find myself getting more irritated with this situation everyday. For all intense purposes, that’s my house.
Myself and many others have been saving, do our best to be debt free, maintain good credit and work hard. So far, the only thing I have gotten for my efforts is a greater tax burden.
F U, June Reyno! I have a cardboard box and spot under a freeway overpass for you.
