I don’t think it matters what agent you use.I doubt the seller would accept your offer, anyway.
You are like the young, beautiful bride who left them at the altar, then came back 20 pounds heavier and wanted to get married. Why would they agree to get married to you now ? You are less desirable and already dumped them once.
Couldnt he form a LLC and never disclose who he is to the buyer?

Because the boy, during this time, gained 50 pounds (debt), got some broken teeth (decay/wear/tear in the home), went through 3-4 other bad relationship breakups (canceled transactions), and still can’t find anyone better after upgrading to a premium eHarmony account(lowered offering price)….
Funny how people get their feelings hurt over nothing.
Money is money. I betcha a cash offer will get accepted immediately.

June 11, 2010 at 10:46 PM #563151sreebParticipant
Sorry, but your listing agent should do what you ask them to do, within reason. As embarassing as he/she might *feel* about this situation, he/she should realize this is business. If he/she isn’t willing to, find another agent, as some others indicate.
Afterall, if it’s such a ridiculous offer, and the seller has so many better offers, your offer is going to be ignored anyway….
Insist on him/her putting the offer on the table, and if he/she doesn’t tell, him/her “thank you for helping me”, but I think I want someone who can represent my interests better.
The problem is that the seller will be skeptical that you will perform. Now if you were to make a no contingency cash offer then that probably doesn’t matter.
