I don’t think it matters what agent you use.I doubt the seller would accept your offer, anyway.

Because the boy, during this time, gained 50 pounds (debt), got some broken teeth (decay/wear/tear in the home), went through 3-4 other bad relationship breakups (canceled transactions), and still can’t find anyone better after upgrading to a premium eHarmony account(lowered offering price)….
